This is a good brewers yeast product.. it enhance stamina, less naps more chores and errands get done. Also seems to lift my outlook. I usually take about four-sid tabs a day or every other day. Sometimes l go longer between taking the brewers yeast as my mood is lifted and stamina increase. This is a good increaases product for busy lifeatyles.

Have been taking these for about 3 weeks after a dip in milk supply and I definitely have noticed this helped get me back to my regular supply. Easy to swallow, minimal taste.

Bought these in hopes it would help my breast milk supply. I did not see a difference.
