Great Product, Way Overpriced!
This is some good stuff. Best bottled teriyakI sauce out there in my opinion. It has a really good flavor with just the right amount of sweetness to it. Just as good as authentic Japanese restaurant style.Just can't believe I paid what I did for 2 bottles of this, price is doubled compared to local grocery store, should've shopped around, disappointing.

Product description says GF. Bottle clearly says it contains wheat and soy!
So there’s a good news bad news here. The sauce is good, but it is NOT GF. It’s so hard to find GF Teriyaki sauce. The product description for this product clearly says GF (see attached photo). Fortunately we read the product ingredients, which we always do. We were so disappointed when the bottles arrived and the label clearly lists wheat and soy as ingredients. Not only is this inconvenient, it’s dangerous! People who have celiac disease are at a huge risk to not only have an attack, but it can also cause serious damage to their intestines! Please be more responsible! Two of us in our house at GF, so we enjoyed the sauce. Our daughter has celiac disease so was not able to eat it.

Sent me the wrong sauce.
I have used the honey teriyaki to cook various recipes for many years. It’s good stuff. They sent me “Sweet Teriyaki” instead. Back it goes and ordered again and finally got the right product. A minor inconvenience. No big deal.

I responded that I received the wrong product, I didn't ask for an exchange or a refund. I got a refund the next day, I am going to use what I have because I don't have time to reorder. But I think it was good customer service to react to just a simple statement. 10 stars for customer service, something that is lacking in today's time.
