Good all rounder below £100
Been using these IEMs for the past 2 months and have really enjoyed them. Compared to my previous Ikko OH10s I found these to be clearer and more detailed in terms of resolution, the OH10s had a wider soundstage and a punchier and more voluminous bass, but the Diokos have better detail retrieval and a bit darker and more accurate tonality. My main gripes with the Diokos is that the bass can lack presence and the casings are a bit large and bulky compared to most IEMs, they fit my medium-large ears just fine but I imagine that they may be a bit uncomfortable if you have very small ears. There also isn't a lot of isolation so for me these are mainly an indoors listening IEM.I think that currently for under £100, there are not many IEMs which are capable of matching the Diokos in terms of the price to performance ratio. For the price it's hard to go wrong with these, IEMs can always subjective in terms of sound quality but I think most people will find aspects of the Dioko that they'll like.

End game stuff for many people
I can remember when I first heard the original Timeless, it totally wowed me. The level of detail and speed was just staggering. I consider these a refinement on the original Timeless. I find the tuning and timbre more natural, and there is more weight in the sub-bass that for me fixes the slight lack of weight of the originals. From acoustic to techno, everything sounds amazing. Good soundstage for an IEM, great but not exceptional imaging. Detail and timbre are fantastic. If you are coming from something like Shure mid range, these will blow your mind.Only one word of caution, these have shallow depth of insertion, so, while comfortable, the in-ear resonance peak will be on the 7-8kHz depending on the tip and your ear canals, something more deep would push that higher to less sensitive frequencies (albeit with less comfort) which makes some percussions sound a bit hot. Your mileage may vary, as all ears are different.

Lacking Bass/mid Bass, but great fun.
They are lacking low end bass, but strong amounts of sub bass. The rest of the tuning is fabulous. They don't represent music naturally, but they are very analytical, if only there was bass/mid bass. Odd iems, I love them, but bit of a novelty. Latest news, was contacted by linsoul who contacted me and offered me 20% refund to pay for lack of bass. Awesome company. Thank you.

Just buy them….
Ok, i am fairly new to this audiophile stuff, as these are my 3rd ever pair of IEMs my last pair being Tin P1s, and i thought they were exceptional, but these 7hz AEs are another massive jump up in sound performance! The Tin HiFi P1s for me were detail monsters, for vocals, mids and higher frequencies, but lacked a little bass - these 7hz AEs fix all that, with amazing controlled bass, improved detailed vocals - and the amazing wide soundstage. Every instrument is clear, detailed and has its separate space as if the band were playing in front of you!Planars can be difficult to drive, my p1s were, although my dragonfly cobalt did a stirling job of driving them, these 7hz however, are very easy to drive, my volume on my iphone is barely ever over halfway, and the more volume you give them, the more detail.I am re listening to all my old songs and hearing things in the music ive not heard before. These IEMs are worth every. single. penny.Make sure you drive them well with a good quality amp, dac or dap, and decent quality hi res music, (Tidal or apple hi res lossless) and you will not be dissapointed.

Not for me
ProsGreat lookingIEM ComfortableConsCable and ear wrap uncomfortableWay too much bass (for me)Has slight hiss on my R sideBit too pricey for what I thought of them. I've been recommended the tried and true original timeless which I will be purchasing in place of these. In a comparison against the Salnotes Zero, the audio fidelity is obvious miles above, but you definitely lose a lot in the mix. Vocals and those tiny nuances can disappear.I honestly think the hiss is probably a one off as I've had no issues with any other 7hrtz products. The outer packaging (delivery boxing) also looked a little beat up so may have been thrown around the van before they got to me.I would definitely recommend these if you're looking for something with a little more bass at the expense of more articulated details in the music.

Crazy Detailed!!!
Fit is ok to good, might not suit small ears though...Hugley detailed, I didn't find upper mids or treble too sharp or fatiguing..Bass is fast and clean but a little light on mid bass which is very evident.Case and cable are top notch..Overal really like this set and good bang for buck.. Journey into planars has started for me, next is Timeless, S12 and the Tangzu...

Better than expected, quite impressed so far.
I have several DAP's, IEM's and headphones. I wanted to try magnetic planar's, but didn't want to spend too much trying out the technology. I'd done quite a bit of research and these were rated well. They come in a well made case that's a little too big but is a welcome addition. The issue I've had with over ear IEM's is both a faff putting them in my ears as well as comfort. These are pretty good in that respect, I did have to experiment with the silicone plugs to get a good seal. Having a lot of experience with dynamic drivers I found these very clear throughout the dynamic range. Some have complained about extended low end, I didn't find this myself, the fit of plugs will make a difference so experiment to get the the best that works for you. The build quality seems very good for the price point, I think these will look good for a while, time will tell whether they stand up over time. Initial impressions are very positive with solid build and and very clear balanced sound.
