Improved circulation
After reading reviews, I purchased this product to improve the circulation throughout my body. I’ve noticed an improvement after the first month. I have recommended this product to my male friends.

It eorked... but took a long while
Every time I travel, my legs and ankles swell. REALLY swell up. Not just on the plane, but increasingly each day (normally 8 to 12 days) of the trip. I do a lot of walking on these tours, but found I needed to wear compression ankle socks to keep my ankles from ballooning. I spoke with my doctor about it. My tests showed normal veins and blood flow in my legs. So he suggested I try the Horse Chestnut. I started taking two per day, one mid morning, one in the evening, in late October. When I'm home I have no issues with legs or ankles swelling. But then, I have my legs up in a recliner a fair amount of time. Rather than sitting on a bus, or at a table, as is the case when on a tour. Then at the end of November I went to Europe. Used compression ankle socks , and compression stockings when my legs started getting puffy. Suddenly, the night of Dec 9th, I found myself getting up every hour to go to the bathroom. That next day, I stayed at the hotel rather than go out and tour, and until about 4pm I was going to the bathroom every 45 minutes! (And no, this was not a UTI...I really had to go!)My legs lost a good two or more inches in diameter (my jeans had been getting VERY tight!) My ankles were back to being bony! I have to believe that it took basically about six weeks for the horse chestnut to finally "kick in". For the next two days my legs were fine! Wore the compression hose on the flight home (as recommended for safety) but when I got home, my legs and ankles were still normal size. So the stuff works, but for me it took a long while to work. But that is just me...at age 71 my metabolism is not what it used to be! Anyhow, I am so happy that I am on this, as I no longer feel I have to worry about getting elephant legs every time I travel!
