A few facts: 1) I had extreme pain on my hips and needed hip surgery, but after wearing this slipper for a week my hip doesn't hurt and no more surgery. 2) My legs were misaligned from wearing unsupported arch shoes. You can tell by observing the bottom of your shoes. If the outside os the edges of the heels are worn-out, then your legs are not align straight. This means that you've been putting pressure not on the arch part, so eventually your hip and knees will hurt. However, this shoes allows me to walk on my arch part of my feet. As as result, this posture places the pressure in the center, which allow me to stand straight and my legs are aligned properly so that my joints don't hurt. Please note that this is my personal experience that I'm sharing. I ended up purchasing sneaker and Clogs for all my family members. I hope this helps. So, do I recommend to others, YES!!!!!

These are the most comfortable shoe I’ve worn! I’ve been wearing them since I got them,!

I purchased these because I suffer from plantar fasciitis and read all the great reviews. After wearing them everyday for over 3 months around the house, I began to have knee pain. These sandals are quite wide and I noticed that my feet were not properly aligned in the center of the shoe. As I walk, my feet veer more to the right side of the shoe so my feet do not lay on the shoe as they properly should. They tilt sideways and I don’t have narrow feet. I wear a size 5 medium width. I’m not 100% sure if these shoes contributed to my recent knee pain, but pay attention to how your feet are resting when you wear them. They are so well cushioned, but sadly, I’ll have to stop wearing them to see if my knee pain improves. Also, just note that they do make a squishy sound with every step.

Sizing was true to what I wear, feels wonderful, relieved footpain in arch.

Rec’d product on time. This product is the same size and style as previous purchase through walk in retailer. This shoe is too wide and does not have the support of previous purchase of this same shoe. They feel like the sandal I am replacing that have been worn for too long. I know this because I went to a walk in retailer and tried on the same shoe, same size. The shoe in the store fit snug and had great support.

My foot and leg have been hurting for several months. Having these sandals to wear around the house is really helping with the pain.

I really wanted to keep this slide because as soon as you put it on, you feel that great Oofos foam cushioning your foot. But, I found this shoe to be too tight across my instep. First, I bought this one in black and the Luxe version in bronze. I liked the look of the Luxe, but found it to be less soft. Customer Service told me that might be because I needed a wider shoe and the Luxe are made to be narrower. So, since this original one was softer and more cushiony anyway, I thought this one would be it. Only, it wasn't. I have high arches and a high instep to go with it. This shoe is designed with a low instep so I have to wiggle my foot around to get it into the shoe. The nice thing about this is that once on, the shoe isn't going to slip off and I don't have to overcompensate or cramp my foot to try to keep the the shoe on. The bad is that I can't just slip these shoes on and off. And sometimes, when I feel lazy and just slip the shoe on without wiggling it into place, the arch support hits the wrong area of my foot, causing pain. These were purchased to be used as house slippers in my home with all hardwood flooring. So, for me, it's crucial that the shoe slip on and off easily I recently developed a lot of joint pain, including heel pain (which I think may be plantar fasciitis) all of which I believe is brought on by my use of oral isotretinoin. I loved the softness of these shoes, but returned and ordered a pair of the Hoka One One recovery slides instead. While the Hoka's are harder, they allow me to more easily slip the shoe on my feet.
