I measured my arm and purchased a large, but returned to buy a medium when the original started slipping down my arm after a few washings. The medium band still stays up after 4 months of wear. BTW, I'd consider buying two so one can be in the wash while you wear the other

I ordered 3. When I went to use the third band, it is too big. It is labeled as Medium as ordered but just laying it beside the ones that fit I can see it is larger.

It's very comfortable, easy to pit on and off. Monitor read through it with no problem. Just wished it came in other colors.

The size was spot on. Feels good while wearing it at night to sleep to keep my biosensor safe.
