These are double headed three color LED light bars on gooseneck stalks. They have an in line controller which let's you control brightness in 10 shades, color temp from red, to warm white, to bright all spectrum daylight. A timer which selects 3, 9 and 12 hours for on time, repeatable for daily auto use. If you wish to go with 16 hours a day for proper germination, merely turn the lights on at your preferred time and turn them off at the appropriate time. The build quality is very sturdy, they are very functional except I wish the timer were more variable. They are a pretty good value, I shopped all the other brands and kept coming back to these, and they're real easy to use.

Deciding to grow a larger garden this year and avoid the expense of purchasing plants, tomato, pepper, melons, etc... These lights have worked tremendously over the last month and the plants have all grown well and seem healthy. I started hardening off some plants today before it got too windy, and seeing them outside it was even more obvious how healthy they have grown. They are just bright enough and the red light worked as advertised. The clamps hold OK but do tend to move when adjusting the lights to different heights, which is no big deal. I have been using the timer for 12 hour days of light and they were reliable every day. For the cost, I have been extremely impressed with these lights and looking forward to many more years of seed starting using them.

Update:Updating from 1 to 4 stars. Customer service reached out and offerered to replace/trial with their new version the V-shaped multicolor lights. The new lights are definitely brighter than the older style red and white ones. More LEDs and the Vshape helps distribute the lights better to the plants. So far happy with the new replacement. Customer service with Kevin was prompt, professional, and appreciated. Only 4 stars because it is still not as bright as another white and red light I have by another brand, but will see how plants grow under these.Prior:The labels on the control/timer on one of the light unit ripped and broke, so unable to press the buttons now. Not sturdy or usable. Light is also not too bright or white compared to another red and white light brand.

These lights are top notch 👌. Ease in setting up. Cord length could be longer. The remote has 4 button, simple. Coverage of light is acceptable for my needs. I have 4 sets.

Perfect for any indoor plants. Or even use as seed starter. It fits good pretty much anywhere.

Love everything for the plants. I’ve seen more growth in my snake plant. I can move these lights as needed for other plants and creates nice backdrop at night.

Don’t Buy. Lights give off minimal lighting. Timer function worked for both sets for a while and out of nowhere one set just stopped working within less than 2 months of use. Easy to install , besides the flimsy attachment hook. Wish I could get a replacement but no luck.
