I have fibromyalgia and have a cabinet full of supplements I've tried and given up on. This is the one supplement that I can definitely tell helps. I take one before bed and I sleep and wake without the pain and horrible stiffness I usually have. These are not a 24 or 12 hour pill though. I had been looking to try a D-Ribose supplement to see if it would help with my chronic fatigue and Fibromyalgia. I have tried many.... I like using these for travel, very convenient compared with loose powder. This is a high-quality ribose at a great price. Nice for keeping my HBA1C at a good level, and it completely gets rid of my restless leg at night.
