These are perfect if you make anything that has a bit of an odor in your InstaPot. The rings do hold the odor of some foods and then if you use that same ring to make something pretty benign like rice it can pick up some of that in taste. Ask me how I know. They work great, fit perfect and are durable. They seem to be the same thickness as the original one and I have seen no difference in the cooking. They work perfectly.

I'm a fan of cooking foods with lots of flavor and aromatics, but the silicone rings in my instant pot weren't lasting very long because they start to carry the smell of what you've cooked. A friend suggested purchasing this set so that I could color coordinate the use of the silicone rings based on what I'm cooking--white for rice or other plain foods, red for meats, and blue for everything else. These are great quality, they seal just as well as the original silicone ring, and they make keeping the colors and uses straight very easy. I highly recommend these!

I finally gave in and got these color-coded gaskets for the 6qt instant pot lux I’ve had for several years. I usually make curries or roasts in it, and the original seal definitely wasn’t losing the scent anymore. I may have run it through three consecutive dishwasher loads before admitting that to myself… Anyway, I want to be able to make sweet things, too, and not have to go the long route with the slow cooker lid to avoid flavoring my applesauce or whatever like curry and/or garlic. So these will come in very useful! I’ve cooked two savory meals using the red gasket so far, and it fit perfectly. Better than the OG one, to be honest (though that could just be due to it loosening with age and use). My instant pot came to pressure in a reasonable amount of time, and was well sealed. When everything had cooled down, I washed the red gasket with soap and hot water, then ran it through my next dishwasher load. I was very relieved to open the dishwasher after it was done and *not* get hit with a blast of garlic/curry/etc scent. I haven’t used the other two gaskets yet, but they appear to be the exact same size and just as thick and sturdy as the red one. I call this a win—especially for the low price (less than $10 at the time of this review).

Good replacement rings. My instant pot wasn't getting up to pressure and customer service didn't respond, so I bought these on the off chance it was a simple solution. And it was! All three of these fit well and allow it to get up to pressure fine. They can go in the dishwasher and are easy to clean. With three for a good price, you can use them for different things (sweet, savory, etc.)

Great to have extras as the rings really absorb smells. I use one for soups, onion and garlic meats, use others when making something sweet.

Okay do not hesitate to buy these lid ring seals for the 6 quart size Instant Pots . At $3.33 a piece in this 3 pk how could you possibly go wrong unless they were not quality parts; However they are quality seals Just look at the fit ~! Buy them ~!
