Order this to replace a set of knives that were full as ever. I didn't have much faith considering they were 75% off when I bought them I figured it was a $50 item that they marked way up just to put a huge sale on.Though I was overwhelmingly surprised at the quality of the item I received. These knives were sharp enough to glide right through a tomato with pretty much just the weight of the knife (the slightest movement was required). They slice right through chicken breast as well.Unfortunately at the time of this review I've only had them for a couple weeks so I don't know how they'll hold up long term but out the gate they are well worth the price. I would expect them to keep their edge as long as I use the honing steel every once in a while.Buy these knives before they go back to their full price, period.

Received this today and already I have cut myself twice. The come so sharp and I really am pleased with the construction and quality of both the blades and the handles. Triple riveted and the handle material seems to be top quality. I don't know how long they will stay sharp but it does come with a sharpener and instructions on how to sharpen the knives. My only concern is that the block is painted and may get scratched with continued use of the knives. Otherwise, it is definitely worth the money as far as I can tell.

I appreciate that there may be more expensive knife sets, but for the price these are outstanding. Literally, the sharpest knives I’ve owned. After use I clean, dry and spend a few seconds sharpening…ready for the next round. Caution: These knives are extremely sharp and have bit me a couple times… I’m much more careful using these than past sets…Would definitely recommend!

After finally breaking it out the box to use asy everyday knife set, I wish I would have done so sooner. Given the price range I have zero complaints, it glide smoothly and effortlessly the chef knife is my partner in crime in the kitchen. The serrated knife performed very well and the steak knives are sharp, I use them as if they were pairing knives..... I like to think I am a knife snob but I can't find anything negative to say about this set so far.

My old knife block has enough of an assortment of handles sticking out of it that it makes it look like look like a knife-block version of a matching game. So one day, after the third person who tried cooking in my kitchen spent most of the time b1+ching about the inadequacies of my knives, I decided to buy my first legit knife block. Complete with matching handles.This. THIS...is the first set knives I should have rewarded myself with decades ago.Well...maybe not DECADES.Whatever. Okay at first I was worried that these knives would be dull and not last through several washings. However I was so surprised at how well they cut through chicken, steak, and even veggies! These knives were super affordable and their slim handle makes cooking that more efficient.

These knives are ok. I didn't find them to be sharp on arrival but the selection is good and it had good kitchen shears and sharpener. However, I returned the set because the block is small and the knives are so crowded they are not easy to remove and replace. I selected a different set that I am happier with.

Waited awhile to review to see how they held up. Got them for Christmas and have been using them daily for over 8 months. Very sharp, feel good in the hand, hold up to the dishwasher. Have been exclusively washing them in the dishwasher and no I’ll effects from doing so whatsoever.
