I ordered these once & they were great. Reordered a while back & the boxes were so greasy they were coming apart & pies were not edible. Thought must be a fluke so just threw them away. Ordered again a few weeks ago & they were just like the other bad ones I received. Had to throw those out. Will not order from this seller again.

This is what they look like inside AFTER a 30 second warm up process. Yuck.There's no 'cream,' rather just a few very thin slices of something whitish-looking that never softened up. I don't even want my dogs to have a bite of such an awful looking thing & each one is a whopping 61 carbs & 450 calories. Thats absurd for something that fits in half your hand. The thing is heavy, dry and disgusting and I doubt it can be returned since its foodDon't get hypnotized by the photos like I did, the product looks nothing like the photos! These things are high-priced which (I thought) meant they would be sumptupus and delightfully decadent but the truth is actually the total opposite....Moreover, they aren't each each in their own wrapper within each small box, its just in there with no protection, exposed to continuoud outside air. And the little boxes don't close securely, not that it matters, with no plastic inner protection they're not edible. I guess people can sell any darn thing here, so one must protect him or herself. Believe the ratings, people generally have no reason to go to the trouble to do ratings & then lieWish I hadn't wasted the money

Edit:I changed the star rating from 1 to 3. After checking 3 of these, the product appears to be fresh and in good condition. I still don't like how they are packaged and shipped.Original review:I saw these and thought "that looks good" and made the order. I received six separate boxes with no expiration date on any of them, so no idea how old these things are. The boxes were loosley sealed and you could not tell if they had been tampered with, or if bugs had gotten inside. Even the shipping box had holes in the corners. I like food shipped in a sealed container, not this way. I did taste one, it seemed fresh and in good condition, with kind of a flat flavor (I got the lemon filled). The price is too high for what you get and how it is packaged. I will not buy again...

By the time I saw this last spring it was too late to order but it has been worth the wait, it is very tasty.

I bought these as a result of refusing to pay the crazy prices advertised on here, for Tasty Klair pies! Because Tasty Klair pies are not sold in my new adopted home area, I thought that I would give these a try...big mistake!I bought a group of 6 pies, because the price was so good. This should have been my first indication that they were not going to be at the level that I was expecting.When I received the package 3 of them were not sealed and it didn't trust eating them. I then opened one of the pies that was still sealed and was very disappointed 😞! It tasted terrible and I didn't take more than one bite.🤢 Needless to say, I will never buy these pies again. But I still refuse to pay the extreme prices people want to charge for the Tasty Klair pies, also. I will wait to go back to hometown to get them and buy them in bulk (freeze them if I have to)! 😡

I've been wanting apple pie for a long time and finally had a little extra money so I bought a box of JJ apple pies. In the first pie I found two discernible small pieces of apple but mostly just filled with super sweet gooey stuff which was faintly fruity but did have perfect first bite with nutmeg. In each of the other pies I found 0 to 2 pieces of apple each. The crust was very soggy, much better when frozen, but I will definitely not buy these again and I'm not going to try other JJ pie flavors based on my deep disappointment with this box of supposed apple pies. Will go to McDonald's for apple pie from now on where they use actual apples and a perfect crust
