Replacement Part for Craftsman 130968 Husqvarna 532130968 POULAN 42" Mower Deck Deflector Shield kit with Mounting Hardware

It didn't even get through one mowing when it cracked in to pieces. I didn't even hit anything. Not the flexible plastic like the original, but a hard plastic.

Like -- looks just like the original (Broke it while loading tractor onto trailer)Dislike - Used plastic bag to ship. Had major tears in the package--luckily the hardware was taped securly to the inside of the mower guard.Overall rating - great service, but the shipping could use a review to see if it was an infrequent Postal problem or if a different container should be used

The plastic used for this deflector is way too brittle. The hinge broke the second time I used the mower after installation. I did not hit anything. The hinge just snapped. I do not recommend this product..

items were missing( hardware) from kit (bagged for shipping) and seller would not return contacts to ship parts . return was granted from amazon but i decided to purchase additional parts rather than wait for another item to come .over all the item looks sturdy and fits well ,so item is great value . seller not so much.

It was a little harder to put on than advertised by video, but I did get it on and tried it out and so far it seems to be ok. I did not realize that I had lost the spring before, and the shield kept coming off - so had to replace everything except the bracket. I think my older bracket was some of the problem with getting this on quicker. It did not fit as easily as it looked.

Broke on first use. I did not abuse it. Made out of the wrong material, Way too brittle. The original lasted over 20 years. Looks identical to the original but feels different. Don't waste your money and time. Bought it in October but went on vacation so I was using it for the first time in November when it broke.

I bought this s chute for my 42”ride on Craftsman mower thinking I had a good product. Chute did not fit correctly as the sides had collapsed after coming out of the injection mould. So I heated up the sides and proceeded to fit the chute. Used it once and the hinge section broke away this is just a cheap piece of rubbish!!! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM

Fits perfect however the locking washer broke and I had to use the old pin and bailing wire to get it to stay on. Needs a better locking system to hold pin .
