Prestige Granite-300 Griddle, 12"

On the first use itself the middle portion of pan, got humped up. I’m using other brand , that is good in Gas and Induction, and did not bulge using it almost 5 years now.But this brand is very popular, all cookers I have is from Prestige (all good and long lasting), but for this Dosa pan, im not satisfied, sorry.I used in Induction top, and not on Gas Top. In the Box it is mentioned, this Pan is for Gas and Induction.

Non-stick coating gone after few months of use

I did not like that I did not receive the glass cover that comes with the griddle.

The pan is really good for making dosas. Not very easy to clean though.

Bought to fry tortillas on. Works great..pay attention to description...works best on gas or convection burners. I have smooth, electric top...I put a burn ring under pan to elevate. Comes from India, took quite awhile to ship...well packaged.

Absolutely great to make indian dosas, especially because of the granite coating.

I purchased it 2nd times. I love it. First one I used it for 7 years and worn it out. I like the magnitude connection under pan because it can cook faster than non magnitude pan.
