I was super excited for this fan but it didn't turn out so well. It had absolutely no paperwork with it I had to send back as it worked for only 1 night. The display was weird as well.

Tried a few times according to the instructions, however, the heat function is just not working. The remote control gets hot when I try the different functions, which makes me feel dangerous. The other functions run ok.

return window is only 30 days. Don't buy . Mine stopped working on the 35th day how convenient. keeps throwing an error code and turning itself on and off at random. garbage product

The water tank on the first one I ordered leaked, so I sent it back. The second one was not the color I ordered (not a huge problem) and although the tank didn't leak it stopped working the second night I used it. I sent it back and opted not to see if the 'third time was a charm'
