Sturdy and useful lights
Good sturdy stick with forward facing and downward facing lights. Stands up on its own. Very pleased with it.

Walking cane
Beautiful stylish cane. This is the 3rd one that I have ordered and sent a link to a visiting international so that he could order for his wife and take it back to her in Cayman Island. Even better that it has a light to show them the way when out in the evening. Well worth the price.

Powerful lights and very useful with the quad base
I need to rely on a stick constantly now,and I was attracted to the colour and the torch and the the small quad which is just as useful but more attractive than a huge NHS style metal quad base,it can stand up on flat floors while i close doors behind me,its been knocked and bashed countless times which worries me every time I think that's got to have smashed the lamp, but its very resilient thus far,i went to butlins recently with it and I got loads of compliments as I used the down light to see where people feet were on my constant trips to the toilet between tables, the only thing to say about the colour is that I was expecting more of a barbie pink from the picture but they come in a more metallic pink. Its also very handy in the way it collapses and fits back in the bag for me to place in my scooter basket and the way it snaps back into place when you take it back out is brilliant no fiddling about!

Sturdy and reliable
Bought this to replace a cheaper one which fell apart. The stick is very sturdy and the lights work. The only thing I can fault is that it doesn't really stand up on its own as the bottom is a little bit too small for it to balance. You CAN make it stand, but it will quickly fall over if you blow on it.A big advantage is that it's short enough for midgets like me!

Easily adjustable and very stable.
My daughter has mobility issues currently and has been using crutches and hiking poles. Ok they work but the idea is to get her to walk without support so the change to a walking cane (with a light for safety) was a good option.Unlike some, the cane comes with instructions. Easy to follow and the cane is easily adjusted to the right size (you do need to read the instructions to get the top to expand).Comes with two bottom stability items and one which has a larger bottown and is square works a treat.

Great cane but the light gets too hot
My mum loves this cane. After a painful fall (and at the ripe old age of 90) this gives her the assurance she needs. If it was a score on the cane itself, it would be a 5 out of 5, but there’s a problem. One day, for no obvious reason (and only 2 weeks after she got it), the light stopped working and she told me that that part of cane became unbelievably hot. I went over and replaced the batteries (assuming, as you might, that she was being a bit dramatic).Wrong. I put new batteries in and, within seconds, the light unit became unbelievably hot. Even I had to gingerly take the batteries out to let the unit cool down.

Good cane, great customer service
The lights on this cane are great. There's a straight ahead light and then there's a downward light. They both have their uses and together they're very useful. The cane is sturdy and stable. As with all self standing canes whether or not it stands is dependent on the surface you're standing it on and how the feet wear. My one complaint is the Velcro strap used to hold the cane together doesn't last long.. I wish they had used more of an elastic type band. I did have a problem with the battery compartment cover. It was loose and eventually fell off and was lost. This was several months after purchasing the cane. I contacted the seller and they responded the same day. They shipped the lost part for free the day they got my address and I was back in business a couple days later. The new cover isn't even loose like the original. Their customer service team was fast, friendly and eager to help. It's really a great feeling when you deal with customer service people who care about their products and customers. Given my experience with this company, especially in light of my experience with their competitor, they have won a loyal customer.

Stability
The "BeneCane Walking Cane" is a game-changer. It's sturdy, folds easily, and the LED lights are a real plus for nighttime walks. The quad base provides excellent stability, the handle is comfortable, and the adjustable height is a bonus. This cane has truly improved my Grandpa's daily life. Highly recommended!

Light is awesome
This cane is great for my needs...sturdy, handle is comfortable, small 4-prong footing works best for me. Downside...cane falls easily when trying to leave it standing. BEST part is the light included. All canes should have this feature which is needed for middle of night potty breaks without turning on lights. Light is awesome!

Fix the lights.
I love the cane so much., but there have been complaints about the light not staying lit. I've read where people attempted to stretch the spring that's inside the cap where the batteries are kept. That didn't work so well for me. It seemed like it was a temporary fix and the spring would be compressed again which would cause the lights to go out with every step you took. My solution which has worked perfectly is to fold up a piece of tin foil and press it down into the cap. I've tried this method about a month ago and it's still works like a charm. Now the lights are always on for every step I take. When you walk with the cane and it touches the ground the light would always shut off. Not anymore you just need to put the right amount of foil into the cap so you are able to screw it back on. Best of luck! It's certainly worked for me.
