For the quality , quantity and price I think this is a good deal, I've just begun bio identical hormones and my NP asked that I add this supplement. I will update after my next labs.UPDATE: I haven’t done a lot of search for a better price but it looks like this is a good deal for 120 capsules . I did have a recent appt but no labs . They ssid that this helps break down estran which is an aggressive form of estrogen and she’ll ck labs in 6 mo. My last levels were pretty high so I’ve been trying to take 400 / dy. If levels are normal then I can decrease to one or two per day. After reading some of the other reviews I have noticed similiar results and am glad I’ve been on this . May even get my daughter to start a low dose. The taste is quite different but fir the benefits it’s worth it .UPDATE . I’m on bottle # 3 . I received a message about the smell . Yeah it does smell and taste bad but all my orders have , nothing new or different . I’ve taken manufactured meds that were terrible also and I’d rather take these natural smelly one than the man made . I feel good . These were recommended to me by my NP and we are trying to get an aggressive estrogen level down . I will have a recheck in the fall and we will see if these helped . I have been taking 4 / dy and if the levels are down I’ll. Go to 1-2/dy. There are some great benefits from taking this and I’ll kerp it in my supplements. I think this product is the best value too .

I take Indole 3 Carbinol to reduce estrogen levels while on BHRT (testosterone). My previous supplement was bought at the clinic where I have my treatments and seemed to do well based on lab results. No lab results since starting this product, but I will update this review after lab results. The smell of the capsule is god awful, almost so bad I don’t want to take my one a day. I do get the initial bad taste when taking the capsule, but I don’t get any effects afterwards such as breath problems. Thank goodness!Update:This product has lowered my estrodiol levels (based on my last two blood tests), from 50 to 38 pg/ml. This product is effective in reducing estradiol levels that can be raised due to testosterone therapy! I recommend this product, despite its foul smell!

This product is a godsend!!! I have had abnormal cells on two Pap Smears. This was so upsetting and made me worry about having to have a LEEP procedure in the future. I didn’t want to go through the procedure. So I decided to try natural cures instead. I researched natural ways to combat abnormal cervical cells and discovered this product. I just got test results from my doctor from my most recent Pap and it shows that everything is normal again! Praise the Lord, God answers prayer!!!I-3-C has helped me finally get rid of the abnormal cells. There is lots of research and a couple of clinical trials about this product and abnormal cells. This particular brand is the most natural and that is why I chose Zazzee. I am elated and so thankful for this great news! Some other things that I took and did while taking I-3-C are lots of prayer, vitamin B-12, methyl folate, Host Defense Turkey Tail Mushroom tincture 4 times a day (in coffee, tea, or juice), and 1 tsp of cod liver oil daily. I ordered all of these supplements from Amazon. Please try this product if you need help with abnormal cells in the body. It has also helped me with hot flashes, and night sweats associated with menopause. I will continue to take this product!

UPDATED REVIEW (December 2019): I had my annual PAP smear earlier this month and it finally came back negative! The gynecological standards for my age group have changed, so now that I've had a negative one, I do not need another PAP for three years. The only thing that I've changed over the last two years since my two positive tests was adding these supplements to my daily intake. I know the body can eventually clear it, but I'd like to think this supplement helped it along. Still haven't had any digestive upset with these. If you're on the fence about trying this particular supplement, I'd give it a try! I'll still be taking these even with my negative results.ORIGINAL REVIEW (February 2019): I ordered this supplement because I was recently diagnosed with HPV and my primary doctor suggested this supplement after two abnormal PAP tests. Both colposcopy's were negative (thank goodness!), but were painful and I'm hoping this supplement will help slow the changes. I bought this brand based off the most people reviewing it and the most positive reviews. Initially worried about the smell being a turn-off, but I don't really notice it. I am also sensitive to roasted cauliflower when eaten, so I was worried about digestive upset. Haven't had any so far (I take the supplement with my breakfast, or if I forget, with dinner). I've been taking it for about a month but the real test will be my next PAP test this October, I'll try to remember to update.

Started taking it a few weeks ago and feel like it has helped with energy level.

Very good product.....It works for what it was intended.
