So far this item has worked great on normal power. Once you put it on Max Suction the battery drains fast. It is still a cheaper option than buying a Dyson battery.

Fits great onto the Dyson that we have. Easy to install and we use the Milwaukee wireless rechargeable batteries that attach to this. That way it lasts way longer than the Dyson alone.

I was so happy to find this! My Dyson only lasted 5 minutes before! I have 2 18v Milwaukee batteries. This is perfect for home and RV use now. It took me about 25 seconds to have the three screws out and this installed! My battery hasn't stopped yet so I don't know how long it lasts. 😄

This adapter works well for me. Just changed out the old battery and installed this adapter and now uses my Milwaukee batteries. It’s great and saves me from having to buy a whole new Dyson.

Wife was sick of the old battery on her Dyson since it has gotten weak over the years. Purchased this product to utilize tool batteries instead of a replacement Dyson battery. Wife was not impressed with my idea but has since come to love it. When the tool battery goes dead she simply swaps it out with another vs waiting for the original to charge. Great alternative if you have the batteries around.

This seemed like a great idea. Use my brand new Milwaukee batteries in my brand new Dyson to extend the use time. The batteries work great in the Milwaukee tools. The battery when inserted into this adapter, will do nothing more than power the Dyson for less than two seconds. Simple install with only three screws. Fits perfectly. Does not work at all. I put the original Dyson battery back in the machine and it works perfectly. Waste of money. Do NOT buy this. It doesn’t work.

Easy 2 minute install with small screwdriver. Used original screws because threads were fatter and longer. Used a 5.0xc battery. Lots of reviews say only worked for 15 seconds.. i was able to vacuum my entire upstairs before i decided to stop playing with it. No issues at all. Time will tell how well it holds up. Will come back if there’s issues but so far very satisfied with the new life brought to an old vacuum. Dyson has 46WH and the 5.0 is 90wh. Should last twice as long for sure.
