Metal on metal hex locking screw. Nice and snug. Had slight gunmetal color in direct lighting. Medium texture. Not slippery.

These look and feel very nice. True 6mm hole WILL NOT FIT 1/4" pot shafts without modification.

Nice heavy duty knobs. They fit perfectly and tightened right up with the included allen wrench.They look just like the factory knobs that came on my Epiphone AccuBass.

GC sent me a "new" guitar with a missing string and a missing knob. Was going to send back but they discounted it further if I kept it, so, needed something for the missing knob. These are nice weight and fit the larger unsplit pot stem on my Japanese Aerodyne Strat.

Cheap knobs with extremely lackluster powder coating
Knobs showed up factory sealed but the black costing had rubbed off simply from shifting around in the plastic packaging. Suffice to say this do have weight but have a "very" thin and useless black coating. Don't waste your money.

Works awesome
Bought a Leo Jaymz SG as a project guitar. Cheap *** top hat pot covers were the first to go. Got these and immediately could tell they were good. Remember jurassic park? Are they heavy? Means they're expensive. Not with these, weighty, affordable, and look sharp. Easy to install to boot.They're set with an Allan key, so they're a little forgivable with sizes and you can float them off the body a bit too.
