Update: Customer service reached out and they are replacing the glass basin! My first use was great. I made a batch of cannagummies. I loved how easy it was. The second use was not so great. I used the activate function and 5 minutes in I heard a loud pop. The glass basin popped and glass when flying. I’ve reached out to customer service.

I recently purchased a Levo C machine, hoping to enjoy its features and benefits. However, my experience was far from enjoyable; in fact, it turned out to be one of the most horrifying experiences I've ever had with a product. Upon trying to use the Levo C for the first time, I meticulously followed the instructions and began the decarboxylation process. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until, 20 minutes in, I heard a deafening explosion. To my utter shock and horror, the machine had exploded, sending shards of glass flying everywhere and shattering the jar in the process. I narrowly escaped being sliced open by the glass, which left me reeling and fearing for my safety. In the aftermath of this terrifying incident, I reached out to the Levo C company to report what had happened and demand they take responsibility for the damage caused. However, their proposed solution was far from satisfactory. They told me I would need to ship the machine back to them for inspection, but since I'm currently outside of the United States, this is both inconvenient and costly for me. I am deeply disappointed in Levo C, as, given the high price of their product, one would expect a far superior level of quality and safety. The experience I had with this machine was nothing short of traumatic, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. I hope that by sharing my harrowing story, the Levo C company will contact me to offer their apologies and work together to find a suitable solution. I am willing to update this review if the situation is resolved satisfactorily. However, for now, I can only warn potential buyers about the bone-chilling risks associated with this product.

The color is awesome and the ease of use makes it easier than ever to make any butters, oils, etc you’d want. Love everything about it save 2 things. 1: Unclear recipes to make infused as far as activation and infusion times and heats to maximize potency/ flavor. Though I have specialized cookbooks which helps. 2: The ingredient pod seems small and I would like a dispenser screen/ filter to be able to allow the ingredients to float free in the oil during infusing. Though cheese cloth or a small screen can be used to strain.

Excellent product. I've infused avocado oil and Coconut oil. Flavour is excellent. Oil is potent. Decarb (activate) feature works great. If you like potent infusions, I highly recommend the French press screen potency hack. Search it up on YouTube. Cleanup is a breeze. Everything is dishwasher safe. The seller, Canadian smoke, shipped so fast I thought it was prime. Only a couple days from BC to Ontario. I can't wait to infuse my harvest. The initial price is high, but the machine will pay for itself pretty quickly if you use oil regularly. The Lēvo II is a game changer. If you're on the fence, pick it up. It makes infusing your flower simple and clean.

The build of the Levo is solid and feels like it's going to last. There's lots of good information in the manual, so I recommend reading it, but if you wanted to just wing it you could -- it's that easy to use. It's more or less as tricky as a coffee machine to use. It's the feature set, though, that blows me away. The times and temperatures for the dry, decarboxylate, and infuse cycles are all independently settable. This gives us the best final control over the infusion, while the automation ensures a consistent product. Well done! There is a minor design flaw that means the bottom spigot will hold a drop or three of output and release it after you remove the crucible. All it takes to clean is folding over a pipe cleaner and swabbing it from the bottom to get the last of the oil out. It's not the end of the world, but it's worth noting to ensure the cleanest infusions.

Fast delivery than expected. Great appliance for infusing Cayenne peppers I grown from my garden. Pop in the fresh picked peppers, follow instructions and there you have it....Cayenne chili oil.
