It's a gd product however this time round when I received it, it leaked and flooded in the sealed parcel. I hope in future before the staffs send the goods they can check beforehand. Within 2weeks, my dad who suffers from great pain on his knee and it swelled like an elephant had subsided. His is still using it. My eldest sis has very poor blood circulation that her back, shoulders and neck pain for so many years. It led to swell on her right cheek and tilted lips. She bought a lot of expensive products and therapatic equipment, spending more than fifty thousands over dollars and it does not help her at all. It only relieve her agony temporarily. By the way, my dad and sis started using the cellfood silica at a high dosage 25 drops twice a day and cellfood concentrate 25 drops three times a day because they wanted to see fast result. I really like this products effects on hair and nails, but do not like what it does to my tummy. My nails grow strong and so does my hair. But , it irritates my stomach. tried using less, and drinking it once a week.That helped my insides, but not my nails and hair.maybe it will not be like that for anyone else, because it's really works.

This is great stuff, something I think everyone needs - little folks for their developing bodies and older folks for depeleted bodies without the balance of minerals, etc. needed for stressful, adult lives. I'm no doctor but highly recommend it.There's a great booklet about the history and development of this product, and Cell Food, that is written by Dr. David S. Dyer called Cell Food, Vital Cellular Nutrition for the New Millenium. I find the account of the inventor, Everett Storey, and his development of these producdts to be truly amazing and inspirational.

I began taking this product and did indeed notice that my nails improved noticeably. One issue I had (which takes some research to substantiate) was mucus while taking but that has not been confirmed if it was due to the liquid silica.

This was recommended to me by my naturopath and I definitely feel better when taking it. Have fewer aches and pains overall. Have a 'trouble' spot in my shoulder that aches quite a bit but have noticed since I started taking the Silica the pain is almost unnoticeable. Will continue to keep taking it.

Was a little disappointed with this item. Did not notice anything helpful. Did not benefit me at all. Honestly could not recommend anyone purchasing this item. I did use only one bottle. Not sure ifcontinued use may have brought on different results.
