These are excellent for updo's. They hold a bun securely and don't hurt my head. I've been using them for about 6 months and the latch on the case still closes it securely. Just a note - the brown color has a reddish tint to it, but it works in mine and my daughters brown hair just fine.

My little girl is a competitive dancer, so we go through a ton of U-Pins each season! I like these because we are able to disguise them easily in her blonde hair. They are sturdy and don't bend easily, which is also ideal! My only suggestion for improvement, is, that it would be nice if the carrying case was just a tiny bit bigger.

These hold by ballet dancers hair perfectly and love that they match the color of her hair. The length is perfect and you can definitely use them more than one time which is nice.

These pins are super sturdy and hold my bun in place without pulling my hair or irritating my scalp. Other pins I've bought have peeled the finish or the little balls at the end have fallen off leaving pointy metal ends that catch or damage my hair. These do not do that at all, and I can trust them to hold for all day wear at work (AD military). Would recommend.

These work great for my daughters thick, long curly hair. Three of these pins and she’s ready for any performance. I love that they come with a small case to keep track of all of them. The coating has not come off like others. The brown is a shiny dark bronze but blends perfect for a brunette.

I love the storage box these come in - also there's so so many - I'll never run out! These have nice rounded tips which is nice as they don't scratch my scalp at all, the colour blends in well and I can put my hair up securely without it feeling tight and without any pulling. Excellent product!! Doesn't twist like some cheapo bobby pins do. I use these for ballet buns in my kid's hair. She has very thick hair and these work really, really well. If you have a dancer at home, you cannot live without these. My daughter has very thick hair and these keep her ballet buns in place really well. She says her bun stays tight even after numerous dances in competitions. I like that it has 200 pcs in the case, as we know how easy it is to lose hair pins.
