My favorite hood, I will be buying more of these
I never thought I would love a helmet as much as this one. This literally is the best Hood I've ever had. It's lightweight and it fits auto darkening lenses. Also it sits very close to your face so it doesn't feel like you're cross-eyed when your welding things close up.

Nice quality hood
Great all around welding hood with an old school feel. The stock welding lens isn’t the best so I upgraded to a auto darkening lens. Seems to hold up and looks like a quality hood.

Lives up to the old timers who swear by this helmet
Great hood for Tig welding, wouldn't recommend if your outdoors in the elements or doing any form of overhead welding that has lots of spatter or that drips occasionally, however if your Tig welding parts it's awesome, super light weight and comfortable.

What can you say..? It’s what I used over a 35 yr. metal working career. It’s what every real professional used. It’s what a welding hood should be.

Welding hood came in junk!
Welding hood was dented and cracked in two spots. Don’t buy it from Amazon! These are great hoods but this is not the place to buy from.
