NOMAD x Marrakesh All-In-One Makeup Palette with Mascara, Eyeliner, Eyeshadows & Brush

To start, the eye shadow brush fell apart upon first use and I'm not sure if its the brush or not, but the pigment of the shadows is very weak and uneven. Lots of fall out , the shadow seemed to go everywhere except on my eye lid. Mascara did nothing to enhance my lashes. If anything, I'll try to use the red/gold colors, but the teal/blue makes me look like I've never applied eye shadow in my life. Super messy and embarrassing.

I received a 1.5g sample from my Itsy subscription of the Marrakesh – Desert Sands eye shadow. The saturation of the pigment is wonderful. It is a bold, vibrant, medium-hued rust with a shine. My hair is red and it is very complimentary, matching and enhancing my natural hues. I didn’t bother to pair it with another eye shadow color, instead just using it to cover the whole upper lid. It is a light enough to not be too bold, but still stands out. If you like earthy tones but want to amp that up for daily wear, this would be a good color choice. Perfect day-to-evening choice. The powder itself is firm and not too dusty, but I would only purchase this in a single-serving container as the pigment (like all eye shadows) does dust up. However, the container I got was small, tight, and no loose eye shadow escaped to my purse.

Exotic but not over the top. Well thought out palate which offers versatility and simplicity

I bought this for my sister for Christmas and she absolutely loved it. It was such a unique gift especially since she is married to someone form Morocco. They really appreciate how authentic it felt to the city and really loved the scent of the spice market that came through when they opened the panel around the mirror.
