Q: Customers complain it's hard to remove. Why would you want to remove the application?

I am not sure I understand your question. You would want to remove it because make-up should be removed before going to bed. It is not meant to a permanent tint. BTW, I do not find it hard to remove and I don't find it is really "waterproof".

Q: Where is this product made

Not sure if it's made in China, but that is where mine was coming from and I never received it. Had to wait over a month to get it and another few weeks to get a refund after they said it was delivered. Very disappointed!
