Mild improvement for me. Major improvement for my son
I knew the benefits of Maca and Ashwagandha from my heavy weight training days. I decided to try this compound. I left it out for my son (18) to try as well. He has difficulty sleeping which causes anxiety and depression. I wasn’t aware he was taking them until he came to me and stated he noticed the little things weren’t annoying him any more. That was huge. Nothing we’ve tried had an effect before. I’ve noticed he’s been up and active more often. Today he came home in a seemingly better mood. Usually it’s straight to bed and I don’t see him for a while. Even though he said he was tired he helped me fill the firewood boxes before a storm (a lot of wood), he fed the dogs, cleaned his room and even did the dishes. He cleaned up a mess one of the dogs made. Which almost never happens without a direct request.He’s been taking the supplement for about 3 weeks.I will be purchasing more! I’ve recommended this product to multiple people.

Great healthy addition to my already healthy regime. Does goes down easy and a low dose of one a day has been my experience to be the best for me. I feel the extra energy and I genuinely have an appetite. I've successfully gained weight and with my work outs, it's all muscle. I feel great. I'm 61 and it does feel as though I'll not be second guessing my mom again. Now on the other spectrum. My husband had lost weight and gained energy he's never had. He's 71 and very happy as well with the quality of this product.
