Love these headphones! They fit comfortably around my ears and the surround sound really adds an immersive experience whenever I'm using them while playing my Switch. Setup was super easy and the headphones hold a decent battery life. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

When the headphones arrived in the mail, it came with the headphones and a small box that contains a usb, a usb charger wire, and an aux cord. It was pretty simple to connect to my devices with bluetooth. The headphone is very compact, it is adjustable and you can change the sound. I like how the controls are on the bottom of the headphone so it is easy to adjust to my liking. It makes my games sound crisp and it allows me to feel more immersed. I really like these headphones and I would recommend others to give it a try.

I had high hopes for these headphones, as I have purchased about 5 pairs of their "everyday" earbuds for myself, friends and family. These are a horrible representation of the company. They would not charge, the 3.5 jack was lose where the connection would cut in and out (after trying 3 different cables with the same issue), the fit is LARGE/WIDE (and I wear a 7 3/8 baseball hat) so they continue to fall off your head. Sound was what you would expect from Raycon, good, not AMAZING, but good for the price point. The whole "feeling" was REALLY COOL!!!! But they wouldn't charge, so that was useless. You cannot use them turned on (for the features) and connect to the 3.5 jack like you can with the Sony XM-4's. IF you can find a working pair, they are good for wireless gaming and music with the "feel" feature. NOT for WIRED gaming via an audio interface and/or XLR setup. Also, TWO different pairs of the same headphones had this issue. One directly from RAYCON and one through AMAZON.

Got these bad boys in the mail today. Im ngl I purposely chose the silver colorway because the other reviews indicated that it could go any other way, but low and behold I got the correct ones 😎. This colorway looks better in person and so far the audio has been great on my phone, laptop and PC. The retractable mic is also a nice touch and makes it seamless for if you wanna wear it outside. Overall I’d say this was a good purchase for the price. Probably will update my review after prolonged use.

Got these for my girlfriend for her birthday and ordered the silver and purple ones but received them today and they sent the black ones. Otherwise they are really nice and work well so far.

I got these headphone since for remote working and it is so comfortable. It is easy to use as there are only a few buttons. I haven't experienced any lag in the timeframe that I've had them. The headset is cute and it isn't bulky. The noise blocking helps a lot since I live in an area with a lot of traffic, and my teammates have mentioned that the sound sounds clearer now compared to my old headset. All in all, its great and it's definitely a recommended purchase!

When we ordered these I read the reviews and decided to test my luck. Previous reviews had stated they oreded these and received the wrong product or wrong color, took my chances and went with the silver lunar ones. At first the package never even showed up with the other items delivered (and we still have yet to receive that set) I messaged in and spoke with a representative who assured me we would get a replacement and I explained my concerns at that point about how several others had ordered the lunar ones and received the black instead. I was assured we'd get EXACTLY what we ordered, i also expressed concerns where i saw (after purchase) that they will work via bluetooth for ps4 but NOT XBOX ONE. The rep again assured they are 100% Bluetooth compatible with ALL gaming consoles (pc included) We did receive them in a timely fashion, however, when we opened them to our surprise... (you guessed it) they were the black ones and yeap as I feared they WOULD NOT connect to my XBOX ONE via the Bluetooth option. Super disappointing so I decided to reach back out to customer service and explain the dissatisfaction. Wad told our only options (since it was a replacement already anyway where we didn't get the first ones) were to either do a ups pick up or drop off for a full refund. After the funds were refunded told us we could then try to reorder and see what happens. So I guess it's a 50/50 on what you will receive. If you do decide to purchase these don't get ya hopes up for getting the right color option you want unless you like classic black lol and I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a cordless option and have an XBOX. Prolly better to just save up or go ahead and get a Steele series set. You get what ya pay for I guess. But in my experience the 40$/50$ Rig headset at Walmart is just as good if not better than these Raycons given the lack of Bluetooth for the Raycon's on XBOX and the sound quality on the Rig's is pretty good also. May just get a new pair of those, tho I did love the idea of these Raycons as they were supposed to be Bluetooth and looked pretty cool.
