I love this clock! It’s the perfect alarm clock for a nightstand. The face is large enough to be seen without the clock taking up a lot of space. It’s a neutral color that will go with any decor and the design is timeless.But what I love most is the light! I don’t want a clock that stays lit all night, I find that very distracting. This one has a button on top that’s easy to find in the dark. Push it once and the clock face lights up enough to be easily seen. Push it again and the light goes out. I like that I don’t have to hold the button down to keep the light on like I did with a few other similar clocks. It may seem like a small thing but it’s actually very convenient!I liked this well made little clock so much I bought another one to have as a spare. It doesn’t seem to always be in stock so I want to make sure I have an extra in case it gets discontinued.

KIND OF CHEAP, BUT IT IS OK

I loved the features on this clock, but it would not keep time. I tried three different new batteries and the results were the same. Works for a short while, then stops.

This clock is a perfect one for your nightstand or any other room. It is elegant looking, sturdy and tastefully designed. I was looking for two, to go on each of our nightstands in our primary bedroom and they are perfect. Easy to read, not too small or too big. Touch the button at the top to light it up on the face and touch again to turn the light off. Battery operated means no fighting with electrical cords, too! Love it.

Perfect for what I needed. Loved the light in it too.

I Love this Clock!I bought this clock for my bedside table. I needed to replace my very old ugly 1980's alarm clock that had finally gone to rest.I chose this for its unique shape, size and style to fit in with modern decor.It has a sweeping second hand, with no sound and keeps perfect time. For the price this is an awesome clock for yourself or a gift.

This is a nice looking clock. The color is a nice "milky" off-white. A design flaw on it - or maybe just a flaw in the one I got - is that the 2 screws on the bottom are not recessed or even flush with the bottom of the clock. I tried to screw them in further, and they may have gone in a bit more. But they still protrude a bit from the bottom, so there is the potential for scratches on whatever surface the clock is placed. I decided to keep the clock and put something on the bottom to deal with the problem.

This is an adorable, small clock. I have it in my master bathroom and can't hear any ticking in the bedroom. It's in the corner of my vanity and takes up very little space.

This is described on the box as a Desk Clock, I think it is more an Alarm Clock, but you could use it for either.The dials and numbers are large and easy to read, I can still see them without my glasses on, although I am short sighted (not very bad though). There is a night light at the top. The accuracy over one 12 hour period is spot on, but you should always check with alarm clocks.The perspex on the front is a little lose, but I'm not going to touching the front. The front stand and the body of the clock at the front are metal, the back of the clock with all the dials is plastic.It's a nice looking clock and will serve is purpose well, the ring is on the video for you!If I had to pay for one and needed an alarm clock I wouldn't be unhappy if this arrived. It's a nice medium sized alarm clock. Not the smallest to put on your bedside table, but with that comes the added advantage of an easy to see dial!If my mum and dad in their 80's needed a new alarm clock, I think I would give this one a go because of the large numers and the fact it has a black and white dial would be better for them. The numbers are 1.1cm each, so you could probably write a nice black number on a white piece of paper and then test your elderly relative out with that, to see if they could see it at night. The media could not be loaded. This classic looking clock was packaged in a plain brown box with decent protection for delivery and arrived in perfect condition. It was quick to unpack, take off the battery cover and insert the 1 x AA battery needed.Most of the clock is metal (the outside and stand). Just the backing plate and control switches are plastic but feel durable.Adjusting the time and alarm needle is very straightforward and obvious from the labeling on the back for each control. It has a gentle lamp that is switched on and off by clicking the button on the top.The button on top does not switch off the alarm - just the light on and off (unlike previous alarm clocks I have owned years ago). It is easy to switch off by feeling around the back and switching it off though :)There is no snooze feature but for me this works great for me! The alarm sound is just the right volume - it wakes me up without awaking my partner on the other side of the bed.The second hand sweeps without ticking and therefore completely silent.It certainly seems sturdy enough to be durable and is also lightweight.So far it has kept the time accurately. Very simple and does exactly what it should.

Update: I have originally rated 5 stars for this alarm clock, but it stopped working exactly at 10.20pm on the very night I used it for the first time. It's a shame that a beautiful piece like this now has to be returned/thrown away.The alarm clock is very pretty. Has a wooden/matte finish(although made of plastic). There is a switch on the top to turn on a tiny bulb that lights up the clock face. Buttons and switches at the back for adjusting time and turning alarm on or off.Please note that it may be difficult to set precise time for alarm, as it is controlled by a single needle. For instance if you were to set the alarm for 6.30, you will have to keep the needle between 6 and 7. So, 6.35 or 6.37 is a tricky time to set. Also the alarm will ring twice a day if you do not turn it off.but none of these don't really matter to me, I just wanted something that looks nice and is not a phone/controlled by a phone. Overall, I would strogly recommend if your requirements are similar.By the way, a battery is not incldued- you would need one AA battery.

The metal alarm clock is quite good.
