Just as good as Bay View brand. Far superior to anything else I have tried in the last few decades. Good meat, solid fat, no sugar added... excellent. Trying to go carnivore, this works. Vinegar takes a bit to get used to. And the meat texture is... different. But, if you have to do what you have to do, this offers carnivores a... little something different. Think of it as MidWestern forms of sardines. Either you can acquire the taste, or not. Not... like sardines, at all. Just... enough different, from typical foods, to be a fringe food, like sardines.Glad to have another good brand out there. Many of them I literally wouldn't feed to starving animals... to include me. These I would offer to friends. If... only good friends.

Honestly, I hate leaving reviews for products. I couldn’t let this review go unanswered, why?, because i loved this product and I will continue to purchase it from now on. Hormel was the best but I can no longer find it. When I took the first bite, I was super surprised with the awesome flavor and the huge piece of meat. O my goodness! I found something I really love! I just wish it had a little spiciness I would spend more to purchase and it would be perfect for me. So much meat! I just wish it had some pig nerve then it would be perfection! If like you vinegar then I recommend this product. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you 😊🐝

If you like pickled pork haucks, this is a good choice

It's very meaty. I like pigfeet. The skin and cartilage is the best. I give 4 stars because of red dye

These Hocks are done right,

I was looking for a Hormel Pickled Pork Hocks replacement since they discontinued those, so I ordered these to try. Although these are OK, they are NOT EVEN CLOSE in taste to being able to replace the Hormel... and I think that is why a lot of people will be ordering these... so, if that's the case, do yourself a favor and don't...These are OK, lots of meat, very little fat, and have a decent vinegar pickled taste, just a little hard like in texture, kind of tough even...Therefore, I probably won't be ordering them again...

Best batch yet. The pieces with a “rind” of skin are absolutely amazing. Delicious and just perfectly seasoned.Well priced for the overall experience. I preferred competition prior to today’s batch but this one made me a believer. Excellent!!

These are boneless and so they are packed in smaller packages. I buy them on line becuse I haven't seen them in grocery stores for years now. They are expensive but worth the price when you can't buy them anywhere else. I highly recommend this brand. I've been disappointed with some others I've tried.
