The package arrived with 30 days access of apps with VR headset &controller and many tools that required for VR usage. This is my second VR and it is definitely better contents than my previous one. The VR is much more comfortable to wear compared to samsung's (personal preference) and the bluetooth controller makes definitely better usage of the game. My previous one did not come with the controller, which was the main reason that I stopped to play after a while. Compared to my previous one, it definitely cost less but worth in quality. Easy setting, easy to use. Definitely worth trying.

I'm MAINLY using it to watch 2D content. It makes it like I'm watching a REALLY BIG screen that doesn't need to be held: I can be lying down on my back facing whatever direction in bed and watch a movie.The controller NEEDS to be in MOUSE MODE to work properly.The phone cases actually help. The on/off and volume buttons are BETTER ISOLATED from the headset and doesn't get accidentally pressed. The 1-piece TPU case is a better fit.Update 1: This headset has a better field of view and better fits the Note 3/4 than Samsung's own SM-R320 (2014) and SM-R323 (2016) versions of GearVR. The controller works, but there are others  3D VR Headset Remote Controller,SHONCO Portable Wireless Bluetooth Remote Controller of 3d Vr Glasses Virtual Reality Headset for Android System and Pc Smartphones  that also have volume control.

The optics and adjustments mean that it's easy to get a nice crisp image from your phone. The unit is fairly comfortable to wear, although somewhat heavy. The "limitations" with the bluetooth controller and iOS mean that I have yet to find any apps that work properly if they require any click/tap interactions since there's no button/trigger on the headset itself (cardboard uses magnets, others use a physical button that can tap the screen while wearing the headset). This is very limiting and requires you to frequently take off the headset and open it to interact with your phone.

Missing the game bonus card and the packaging was all sorts of damaged. Controller is dead and feels like nothing. No light indicator, nothing. I'm pretty upset. The headset works a okay but the game card was a substantial factor for me and I'm disappointed to not have it. Also, the biggest reason I got this was because of the remote to really play games. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing from this brand again. The headset is indeed well built and comfy, but I do not appreciate half baked add on that are not included or not working.

Not good. One lens got stuck and out of focus. Was able to pop it back into place, but not without worrying if I would break it. When you adjust the lenses, they make very loud clicking like you are about to break it. Remote does not fully work for Iphone and was very frustrating trying to get it to work. Gave 2 stars bc it is still functional.

This item is pretty good for the price I paid for the vr but it didn't with headphones and the joystick impedes the headphones, I found the only way I could use headphones is when the joystick is off.

The card that comes with it, I have no clue what I'm getting access to. It tells you to download everything off the Google play store anyways. Also if anyone can figure how to get the remote to work should be hired by NASA. The buttons only control the volume no matter what! I'm really thinking this was a terrible investment!

Great product. I've never used a vr headset before and this one was really easy. The experience is great and fits my iphone 7plus well.

Remote doesn’t work with IPhone X.. retiring it, without remote we can’t access the controls once the phone is inserted in to VR headset
