When installing I would highly recommend finding the metal bar under your seat to attach the bottom ones first and then attaching the top ones, making sure you have good tension so they don't come loose or fly up at you. Be careful when installing, just try to do it in the order i stated. DO NOT attach to plastic under the seat, find something metal thats strong. It might be a little difficult to install under the front seat but once you got it installed it works well. 2.You can train your dog and let him/her know it's a barrier to keep him/her at back. This way they have their space and you have yours.She/he may feel easy at the back seat when you are driving.I hope this helps!45 Day No Risk Money Back Guarantee – Our shop would give you a refund or free replacement, If your item arrives damaged/defective or missing any part. Keeps the beasts in the back!
I have an 80lb pitbull who likes to pretend she's Chewbacca. I'm no Han Solo though, so she needs to stay in the back. We got one of these for our 2013 Rav 4 and it helped keep her in the back seat during a cross-country road trip. She can still see us up front, so she doesn't freak out!Well made and doesn't show any signs of wear and tear, even after a long road trip. Definitely worth is!

Labrador & Subaru Forester
I have a Subaru Forester and 2 Labs. The 12 year old never tries to come up front. I usually seat-belt the 1 year old but want her to learn to stay in the back on her own, since she often steps on the seat belt latch and gets loose. She’s pretty good about listening but does like to test me, sliding herself slowly between the seats until next thing I know I’m using her as an armrest. This barrier is perfect for reminding her to stay in the back. The other reviews are right, attach the bottom hooks first. And take a flashlight with you. I had a hard time finding a piece of metal that I could get the hook on, but finally did. Those bottom hooks are a pain. The tops hooked easily to the headrest bars. Excellent tension, no sagging. Hooks are plastic, not sure how long they will last but they seem quite sturdy.Extra dog seatbelt is a great bonus, those alone cost about ten bucks. Also nice to have pouch built into the barrier. I didn’t notice that feature when I ordered this, and it’s a handy spot to store the dog seatbelt & harness when not in use. Very nice.

Love It!
We had some trouble finding a way to hook this in our 2013 Ford Fusion, but once we found the sweet spots, everything is working great. Our girl likes to stand on the center console of the vehicle while in motion and then tries to jump down onto the floor in front of my (passenger) feet. We needed something to contain her in the back but didn't want to go the route of a fully obstructive wire blockage. This works wonderfully, it keeps her content and actually seems to make her more calm in the car knowing she cannot ride the console. It is well made for the money and non obstructive to the driver, passenger or even back seat riders.

This will protect your fur baby.
I LOVE the large openings that allow my front only A/C to easily reach the backseat. I can pre-climatize my BMW i3, and this barrier allows the backseat to cool off for my Mobility Dog. He usually leans up against it so that he can get the most air. Want a safe dog? This is the sturdiest, best airflow, Bungie cord built, with rubber-coated steel hooks to connect it, you can buy.

Small
Very small. It's like when you order clothes online and they're toy sized in arrival. Didn't stretch evenly across the space it's supposed to cover. I wasn't sure where to place the bottom clips... But I found a spot that worked. I think it will get the job done cheaply, but there's probably a better product out there. I haven't let the dogs test it yet.

Mine looks exactly like the picture and works great.
Couple of things here. When installing I would highly recommend finding the metal bar under your seat to attach the bottom ones first and then attaching the top ones, making sure you have good tension so they don't come loose or fly up at you. Mine looks exactly like the picture. Its definitely handy and i love the fact that it has a "pocket" built into this. My pit doesn't even try to come up anymore. Be careful when installing, just try to do it in the order i stated. DO NOT attach to plastic under the seat, find something metal thats strong.

My dog steps right over it.
It does not fit as high as the back of the seat. The bungee strap hooks onto the head rest post at the top of the seat back, but this net sits several inches below that, which just makes it a nuisance for my dogs, not really a deterrent. Plus, it’s difficult to get things into and out of it. Would mot buy again.

It's okay but didn't fit my car well
This isn't really the products fault necessarily, but it didn't work well in my car (Nissan Rogue) at all. When I stretched it down to clip to bottom to secure it, it pulled the whole net down so far that my dog just walked right over it. If I left it unsecured at the bottom, it just kind of hung there and didn't stay in place well. My husband drives a Ford Fusion and he said it worked well in his car, though I don't think he secured the bottom hooks. It might work better if I messed with it, but I just haven't put the work into it.
