Great item. They work well provide solid grip for heavy lifting. They don't run the wrist wrong and offer a good amount padding with support I've used them several times and I like them so far.

These straps work pretty good and are great for the price. It doesn’t ride up on your wrist if you use them right. The only thing is this: Don’t rely on this strap 24/7. Use this only on your final top sets. Otherwise you are just going to give yourself underdeveloped forearms. Grip strength is important to build alongside back strength.
