Will do exactly as advertised for chemistry applications
This product is highly accurate, reliable, and overall good quality for even at-home chemistry. I have confirmed that it does indeed deliver exactly the amount of reagent you select by using my ultra-precise scale. I have no worries about the effectiveness of this product.

Works well for me as a blind user, but there’s a learning curve
I'm completely blind, so working with small measurements can be challenging. I bought this micropipette hoping it would help, and so far, it's been great. I don't fully understand the number scale, since it starts at 1; so when the screen says 100, I'm not exactly sure what that translates to. Fortunately, I don't need super precise measurements, so trial and error worked well for me. Now I know which numbers give me the results I need. But this could be confusing for someone who needs more exact dosing. Adjusting the numbers was tricky at first without vision. The first time, I had help from Gemini with streaming of video, waching the micropipette with the phone camera. I counted how many steps there are per turn, so now it's easy for me to set the amount I want.

Increased rating due to customer service.
UPDATE: Company reached out and offered me a refund even though it was outside of the return window. Lack of good customer service is what's wrong with most businesses today. This one does not fall short in this area and for that reason I've changed my rating. Thank you. Disappointed that it didn't come with any tips to start. I didn't realize this until I got ready to use it and then I had trouble finding anything small enough that didn't cost 5x what the unti itself cost. I had it too long to return once I got around to using it or I would've sent it back. Poor value for my money.

Super easy to use with a universal tip that is easy to find replacements for.
Solid micropipette to make repeated, and small, measurements much more accurate. This is a great middle ground between lab-grade and the constant use of a graduated cylinder or other measuring device. The precision is comparable to most using a beaker, grad. cyl, etc., but it is much faster, especially if using different volumes.

Durable, But Design Flaws Make it Not Worth the Cost
I've been using the ONiLAB Lab Micropipette for a while now, and it's certainly durable – it's lasted a long time without breaking down. However, despite its longevity, I don't believe it's worth the investment due to some significant design flaws. My biggest issue is that liquid can easily get inside the pipette's mechanism, even when being extra careful. This makes it incredibly difficult to clean thoroughly. The prospect of disassembling it for a proper clean is also problematic; based on my experience with similar devices, doing so often compromises its future functionality, or worse, risks parts coming off entirely. For dispensing raw materials, I'd honestly recommend sticking with simple, inexpensive plastic or glass pipettes. While they might be single-use for each material, they eliminate the cross-contamination risk and the headache of trying to clean a complex, flawed instrument like this. The convenience and reliability of basic pipettes far outweigh the perceived benefits (and actual frustrations) of this micropipette.

Do you need exactly 10 mL of any liquid?
This will get you 10 mL of whatever liquid as long as it isn't corrosive to plastic. You can adjust it from 0 to 10 mL by increments of .1 if you want (that's a tiny amount for those who didn't know). Easy to clean but try not to get the inside of the tool itself wet. That part isn't so easy to clean, but it's easy to avoid getting all sorts of goop in it, unless you're suctioning goop, then I don't know what to tell you. I like that it's easy to hold, and you only make the mistake of the auto discharge in a solution once or twice before you figure out the suction and discharge buttons out for good.
