This box is sturdy and made from a thicker gauge steel. It is not completely waterproof and mine had some water on the floor of the box after a heavy storm. I used it to install a 24v transformer, smart controller and some breakers for garden lights. It is a fairly large box and was large enough to house all the parts with room to spare for future expansion. This is a good value box which is durable and will last.

The box didn’t survive one rain storm. In search for a higher quality box for my needs.

This electrical box is well designed and constructed. The twist locking mechanism works well and is easy to operate. The hinges are strong.The box coating is thick enough to provide good weather resistance. I am installing in a costal location and am comfortable the coating will hold up well.When mine arrived, the mounting plate in the back of the box had become dislodged but was very east to reinstall in the back of the box. This removable plate provides an excellent mounting surface for y our components in the open before installing the plate in the box. The nuts on the four corners can be easily tightened after your components are installed.This box is perfect for my outside lighting project. I am installing a low voltage transformer, smart switch, and circuit breaker to use with landscape lighting.

I think the design of this box works really well. We live 5 minutes away from saltwater and have hurricanes yearly. This box goes above and beyond most of the junction boxes used outside for electrical purposes. I don’t think you will have any problems while using this. The design and construction are excellent. Only time will tell how long it will last, but I have a good feeling it will be a long time.

This is a pretty decent large weatherproof junction box. It is made completely of sheet metal and has a seal around the door. What I liked is the price of the box. The paint is not very scratch resistant, the backplate bows when you try to make tapped holes for equipment mounting, and the box doesn't have any means of venting. Other than that, it's a decent large junction box. I don't believe I'd purchase another one in the future. 3 🌟

It feels weird to call a fuse box beautiful, but it is!One might call it a “fashionable” or “stylish” fuse box as well.The box itself is very sturdy. The coating is excellent too and doesn’t scratch easily.I like that it is water resistant and lockable!I am really surprised by how nice this box is. It exceeded my expectations.

This is much larger than I expected. It arrived with a pretty bad dent in the bottom but it shouldn't affect anything negatively. It seems like a well-built box. I'm using this to house components of a small solar system.

This is a well-constructed outdoor electric box. All parts a hard and solid. There are punch-out holes in the body for standard pipes. The latch and door open smoothly. All the parts seem weatherproof. The back plate is plain and you can drill holds to mount anything you need inside.
