Tastes great and gives you a good pump in the gym

I was really disappointed with this product I know it says on the packaging to blend for best results I've tried this too but the powder still never dissolves and sinks to the bottom it does not bind what so ever all it does is die the water and make it taste like diluting juice 🤷 with this is experience I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone there are far better options out there for a fast pre made pre work out and there's also pre work outs that don't take the effort of shaking a cup for over an hour or blending for the same amount of time for the cup to still look like you've poured sand in it 🤣 it's like it's not ment to be put in water 🤷

3 months ago i stopped having Caffeine, i spent 2 hour in the gym under a hour weights and just over a hour cross trainer/ eliptical, its been gradually getting harder, i bought this yesterday and this morning was my first session on it. i haven’t had such and amazing workout since i stopped taking ‘Grenade’s’. i’m dripping with sweat and i just had to write this. super pumped might go climb the walls or the missus… byeeee

Ordered set of Aug, The packet had a short best before date and upon opening there were lots of lumps - it looks like it was in storage for a while.Tried to shake it to mix but lumps wouldn't goTasted horrid.If you're going to sell short date items at least make sure they're stored correctly.Avoid!

Bought this to try and level the playing field as centre backs get faster and fitter every year. Hasn’t improved my shooting, but energy levels are higher, focus and anticipation are improved, and endurance is noticeably better.Went for the caffeine free option. Great value.
