INTEX 28437EP PureSpa Bubble Deluxe Spa Set: Includes Energy Efficient Spa Cover – 140 Bubble Jets – Octagonal Design – 6 Person Capacity – 83" x 83" x 28"

I got the 6 person octagonal with the energy efficient cover. It was easy to setup. The bubbles churn the water more than I expected and is very nice. If you sit up straight close to the side the bubbles will go up your back and it feels like a massage. My wife had a friend that had an inflatable and the bottom was hard and uncomfortable so she feared this would be too. Fortunately she was wrong and happy to be wrong. The pad that goes under it is basically bubble wrap with a plastic backing that doesn't really provide any cusioning so I think its more to protect the bottom of the actual tub. I put it by my small concrete back porch and my yard is graded slightly towards the house so it wasn't perfectly level; however when you're sitting in the tub you can't tell the difference. After a few days of not having purchased any chemicals yet the water got cloudy so I decided to empty it and turn it around 180 degrees so that the pump unit was in the corner by the porch and house instead of in the yard. I'll need to attach a hose to the drain spout though but that's not a big deal. The only complaint I have is the cover is very heavy and is a struggle to put on and take off. I had to let a little air out of the tub for it to go down the sides. But this is a very minor inconvenience. I don't stretch it all around the tub properly for now and don't really plan to until the weather gets cold and its time to winterize it. Best $700 dollar purchase I've made in a long time.

Well worth the money, very well made and it functioned beyond my expectations. Very happy with this purchase. After a hard day at work, it feels so good to change clothes and put on suitable attire to get in it and let the jets do their thing.

It was great, heated nicely and loved the bubbles. Now we are 2 weeks in and there is an error going off. A common one called E90. Looking it up and basically its a lot of electrical work and the error means it could be multiple problems. For being so expensive you would think this shouldn't be an issue so quickly :/

This thing is awesome! No problems. It sets up easy and it's rock solid - I use it almost every day for my back - just keep up with the filter maintenance and clorine tabs -'it runs smoothly - happy customer so far for the money

Worked for almost 2 years before an e90 error. Ordering a new pump hope it repairs it. Other than that it's a great hot tub. Update we replaced pump and works so far.

Bought this to replace my old one that's finally, after five years, starting to die. For $400 it's a great value. I keep it filled and running year-round in our basement. I run a dehumidifier, but it's covered when not used so the humidity is not a problem. I also put a towel down to stand on when getting out to keep the carpet dry. It's sturdy, the cover is insulated well, and the air jets create plenty of agitation to sooth aching muscles. After owning one, I'll never go without. It's the best feeling on a cold morning! Very relaxing.

The Spa is solid and works well, however, the heater is not good, it is too weak!The worst part is that Amazon did not send me the spa as ordered, somehow, I feel I was duped because the spa brought a long cover instead of the one in the pictures as shown, that clip to the side of the spa. This meant that it became really, really inconvenient to cover and or uncover, it was heavy, and not manageable at all! I asked for a refund, Amazon was really good about that, and I received a refund for the cover, they knew what they had done. I hope this is not a common practice to send the spa with the wrong cover! I used the better part of the last 3 months trying to source the right cover from Intex and or Amazon to no avail! So, for that reason, I think this Intex product is terrible, and a terrible practice on both Intex and Amazon to replace things without giving you a chance to accept or decline!

Absolutely love ours so much.One our favorite purchases, also very easy to set up (once you read the instructions lol)
