No problems taking these. No way to tell, really, the quality. It seems ok.

It is really hard to say how good, or bad, most supplements are, as most are things that you don’t really feel. I have been able to check on vitamin d supplements, as my levels were low, and I found a brand that improved my levels on my next blood work. With this, it is extremely important to take CoQ 10, if you take a statin, like Lipitor, or any similar cholesterol medication, as they strip your natural levels. The packaging, and everything I could find on the label was satisfactory, and I will continue using this brand. Stay safe!

This seems to work for my mother as expected, but I'm concerned about the apparent lack of certification. She has not had a reaction to it though, which is good because she has a very delicate system, so that is a plus for it. I'm giving it three stars with the hope that they will go through the expense and oversight of having their product truly certified.

This CoQ-10 comes in a sealed and dated bottle. It's fresh for another year. I took this with hopes of lowering the number of migraines that I get. It did not help me with that. I took one pill a day for a month and had 6 episodes of migraines that were strong enough to prompt me to use Immitrex. I have used other CoQ-10 in the past that did help me go for a month straight without a headache. However, the effects must have worn off or my migraines got smarter because that supplement doesn't work for me anymore either.

Thus, this product receives a 3 star rating.
