It's just gorgeous. Functional. Nice handles, Value, in daily use, you're good for life! This top will last too, both are 5ply . I'm so happy with this. Buy once, cry once kind of purchase. Looks great on the stove. These are in fact, great tools. Cooking can become, not only healthier, but something you'll like doing with this, not too bulky for 8qts either!

This Saucier is excellent but a bit small for my needs. I returned it and have ordered the 3 quart Saucier.

I’m soooo impressed. This saucier does exactly what it says. It’s a pleasure to work with and has not let me down. I use it every day and have great results every time Provides and maintains an even heat, no hot or cold spots, great for sauces, caramels, syrups etc Love the rounded sides, perfect for cooking, stirring or whisking, no drips sticking or burnt results Lit fits perfectly and the handle stays cool, very easy to clean and maintain Looks great too Only one thing This stainless steel pan is taking damage (light scratching) from my stainless steel whisk. It seems a little softer steel than I expected Otherwise AWESOME

I love this. It's perfect for making my Italian-style chicken, potatoes, and carrots with olive oil, garlic, and seasoning. The low walls of this pan help everything to bake evenly (instead of trapping moisture and steaming). The quality of this pan is solid and I expect it to last a long time. It's a bit pricey, but wow, it's a sturdy and large pan that really does the job. The handles are also large and very easy to grab with mitts. Love it!
