Horrible Battery Life, Save Your Money
I had purchased the original version of this mushroom speaker from HSN a couple of years ago and loved it. It's great for boosting the volume of your phone's music to listen to while using an electric shaver or toothbrush, showering, etc. Unfortunately, HSN stopped carrying it. This is the second brand that I've purchased in the past few months from Amazon that looks identical to the original speaker and both of these new brands have awful battery life. Please don't waste your time and money with this knock-off. It spends more time charging than playing.The original had a charging light that turned off when the battery was full. This brand just stays lit indefinitely.A friend recently gave me a great BT speaker (808 Hex SL Portable) that's much louder and much larger with decent battery life, but there is no built in microphone to answer calls like in these mushroom speakers. That's disappointing considering the 808 costs $60 and the original mushroom speaker only cost $20. The search for a true replacement continues...

Great little speaker until it wasn't.
I had this speaker for maybe 3 days. Worked great, fantastic sound out of such a little thing. Then I went to charge it and the charging port was pushed back into the speaker so that it couldn't be charged. My only caution is to examine the charging port when you first get it and know that it could be an issue later.

Highly recommend it if you are looking for a waterproof bluetooth speaker.
Cheap, perfect for what it is supposed to be used for. Sound is amazing for such a small speaker and the bluetooth connectivity works wonderfully. The only flaw is that there is no warning that it is going to run out of battery juice. Just dies with no warning and sucks when you are in mid shower.

great sound terrible battery life
The sound is really good. The suction cup is an added bonus. The worst part about this speaker is the battery life. I'm good about turning stuff off if I'm not using it but even when I was using is straight without turning it off there's only about 45 minutes to maybe an hour if you're lucky

Arrived broken
Arrived within expected window, but the USB charging port was broken. I can hear it rattling around inside. Tried to pair it just in case there was enough battery life to see if it was worth re-ordering, but it wasn't possible.

Great buy and Idea
Still have my mushroom, and so does my husband. Its been a great purchase. Comes in handy in the woods.

Fun gadget!
This speaker sounds great and the call quality is good too. Take it on the boat, in the shower or by the pool. It's water resistant.
