Q: Does the rgb have memory?

Yes, it has memory function. The RGB back-lights will show the color before you turned it off. Like you turn off the ON/OFF button in the middle of the panel, when you turn on the switch panel, it also shows the color before you turn off.

Q: Will this work without the control panel thru the app, or must the control panel be connected?

There are TWO control ways: Bluetooth APP control and Switch Panel Board, they can sync with each other.

Q: What is the name of the smartphone app to Bluetooth control the switch panel?

The Bluetooth APP name is "Switch panel". Or it comes with a QR code in the manual

Q: What is the range of the Bluetooth. I plan on putting the acc wire to constant so I can leave emergency lights on/off.

The sense distance range controlled by the Smartphone to the control box is 34 feet (straight line distance and no obstructions), and if you encounter obstacles, may lose control.

Q: Does the rgb switch panel come with an installation bracket?

We provide two types of installation brackets for both the 8 gang switch panel and control box. You can install them anywhere you want without the need to cut a big hole.
