This particular brand of tongkat Ali may make you drowsy. But does seem to work.
It seemed to give me kind of a tired/groggieFeeling all day ,unlike one other brand I tried (Solaray) at 400mgFor one cap, it seemed jack me pretty good to the point one cap was a bite more than I needed. That's why I decided to try this brand at 200mg per capI was thinking it would be just right. But to my suppise it kinda was putting me to sleep. Sence I drive a truck I really can't take them. Need to be more alert. I guess I could take one a bead time. But it still does feel like it's doing it job in RE: boosing test levels. Between taking Solaray for a week then switchig to this for a week my nuts kinda ache but am pretty suprised how big they got they never been this big in my life. So Im really a beliver in tonkat AliBut do a little home work before buying,
