Q: Do these come with mounting hardware, a nut to attach from inside the bucket? ?

They should. Much more securely mounted with them - chickens move them around & they get loose easily otherwise. The best source for the 1/8" pipe thread nuts in ceiling fan dept at Lowes. Home Depot etc

Q: Will these work in winter when if the bucket of water just little above freezing temperatures?

If the water in the bucket freezes than water will not be able to fill the cup. As long as the water is able to flow they will work.

Q: would these work for turkeys?

the same as they would for chickens and ducks. But considering I threw all mine away after 2 days because they kept breaking, I’m not sure what animal they work for.
