Simple, effective way to stretch back
I've been using this product for the last few months and am very pleased with it. I do it for 30 seconds several times every day. It couldn't be easier, and there's no learning curve.

Not adjustable
The straps are not adjustable so if you and the door are not the exactly correct height, they don't work!

Works
So I’ve got issues with my lower back to the point of being put in physical therapy. Anyway, I used to be a recreational rock wall climber, so I have good finger strength. This requires you to hold at the fingers, not the palm-thumb grip. It strains the wrist if you try. This is not explained in the instructions. Other than that, it’s doing its job well.

PVC in hand grips split #2
Contacted the seller and they replaced my units at no charge. I was either just inside one year just outside one year and either way they would’ve replaced it. I’m buying an additional pair to have in my office to keep my back stretched out during the workday.Unfortunately, after a six or seven uses on trips, the PVC inside the hand grips split. I’ve had them one year and until the plastic split they were working great. I’ve read the other reviews about only stretching arms and I have learned from a good therapist it takes focus and breathing to actually traction the mid to low back. Plus, I’ll stretch and then ‘March’ in place while stretching which facilitates the lower back stretch. Have to keep breathing to facilitate a good stretch.

Nice build quality, hard to use initially, requires a strong door, helps stretch back and arms.
This is an interesting device, it comes with no instructions or pre-cautions (weight limit), once looking at the product image it's easy to use after figuring out the proper way to hang it up, (the long handle should go behind the door and rubber mat should be on the front side hanging down with the other handle),I suggest using a metal door, often most garage doors are made of metal and sometimes front doors, a solid wooden door would probably work as-well, I suggest doing a test first to make sure it can support your weight, once good, hang from the device for 20 seconds to release tension from the back and arms, you can still kind of use your legs for support and slowly lift until full weight in on the device.Cons: This does require some arm and hand strength and might take some time and effort to fully hang from your arms, there will be a burning sensation in the upper arms, so start slowly using legs for some support.Overall I feel it does help decompress the back as your body weight is hanging from your arms and the spine, I have been using them every few hours, and they work great, I also use them for pull-ups too, the ones I received had no bad smell, and the quality seemed good.

Does work IF
This would work for me if I wasn't so tall. I'm 6'1 & 280 lbs so it's sort of hard to have to bend your knees and let gravity do the work.

RUBBER!!!
Nowhere in the description for this item could I find what this was made of. It’s rubber. It smelled awful and I didn’t even take it out of the package. If I want to smell tires, I’ll walk into my garage. Since there were no reviews for me to know this, I wanted to let everyone know. I do not recommend this product.
