Tolin Battery Charging Dock Dual Charging Station for Xbox One / One S / One X controller with Two Rechargeable Batteries

Had high hopes disregarding the reviews... Should of spent the extra 5 bucks on a better set up. Received item today which was perfect because the batteries that came with my new Xbox One X were just about dead. Unwrapped everything and it checked out as good. Found a good spot on my set up for the charging dock, plugged in both batteries to charge then left for about 5 hours. Once I got home ready for game mode I was only left with disappointed. Put the first set of batteries in my original Xbox One X controller and it powered on just fine. Issue one: the back panel that covers the batteries does not fit back on with the battery pack. I was a bit contfused at first and did not want to damage my new controller with to much force so I grabbed my Xbox One original control only to find the same issue. I almost broke the clips off the back panel trying to get it on. Played for about 20 mins without back panel to see if I could live with it. Verdict; no dice, every time my control vibrates the batteries come loose then the control powers off. Issue two: the other battery back that came with this order (two rechargeable batteries and dock) does not hold a charge. It has been charging for over five hours and will not keep my controller on longer than 2 minutes. Disappointed and no longer have packaging so looks like a loss all together.

Only compatible with the batteries that came in the package, Standard Microsoft rechargable batteries do not fit snuggly into the housing. Will try to find a work around as the batteries that come packaged has a tendancy to leak/erode and will destroy the controller that it is in. Not going to tempt putting those cheap batteries in my controller.As with other reviews, only one side charges properly and the CHARGING INDICATOR does not change color to show if the battery is fully charged. Stays red while battery is charging, ONLY turns green when you remove the battery from the housing.ALL-IN-ALL: Its cheap, but ultimately not worth purchasing.

Second charger port didnt connect and charge either battery. However the 2nd port did make battery very hot, but never lit to show whether they were charging or not. I should have read the reviews. Lesson learned.

Piece of junk and a FIRE hazard. Started smoking and melted while in one of our controllers when it wasn't even on. Ruined our controller and endangered our children.

The charging dock doesn't always want to work and I find myself forcing the batteries in and out. That being said they do charge with a cable plugged into the controller so at least the batteries are worth the money.

i bought one and received it today and the right side of the charger base keeps shorting out....my sister also bought two for my sons and they have complained about the same thing. Has anyone else had this problem?

Wrong product was sent. The original pictures said the batteries were 8800 but not what I was sent. Batteries barely fit in the charging dock without scratching them. Wouldn't hold a charge either.

This isn't even a year old and it could have killed my husband today with my child in the other room. It's a complete fire hazard! I'm furious, it not only ruined his battery, it completely ruined a brand new controller. Amazon should be ashamed selling a product like this. Had this been my child, this would be a completely dif situation. Really wish we would have read the reviews
