Meets all expectations
The media could not be loaded. The pot holds 12oz so it's not that big but it's well made & nice looking. The color looks blackish but there are areas that are a lighter blue. It's pretty, the glaze is shiny. The inside is fully and evenly glazed. The rim of the pot and cover are unglazed & look like brick. The cover fits level on the rim. The honey"wand" fits easily into the pot. I'm very pleased with the craftsmanship of the pot. I recommend!Update: I've been able to transfer a 16oz bottle of honey into the pot with no problem! Great pot!!

Beautiful, perfectly sized honey pot
The Oregon Stoneware Honey Pot arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I purchased the slate blue color and it goes with my kitchen decor perfectly (I have Italian/Mediterranean colors). The honey pot is beautiful with excellent craftsmanship; the jar holds a good amount of honey and it's easy to take honey out of the jar via the included wood wand, by large spoon, or with a 1/3 c. measuring cup. The lid fits well; and the metal insignia is a nice added detail. I received a lot of compliments on the honey jar during our Thanksgiving dinner.

beautiful handmade piece made in the USA
This is a really beautifully made piece that looks great on the counter. I was considering a clear glass honeypot and am really glad I went with this instead. It feels very solid. The lid fits perfectly. I have a black granite counters and it coordinates very well.

Honey pot is huge!
I love this set so much! It’s beautiful I love the look and feel of it. But I am returning it because it is huge! See pics for scale it holds far too much honey for what I need. I instead ordered the petite salt pot in hopes that it is a more manageable size for my small family’s needs.I wish the honey pot came in a petite size.
