Good except for couple of cautions- the bottom base has screws with nuts which didn't tighten. Also the bottom piece has only rubber at the ends for the flooring protection, remaining rod is all open. I have hurt my foot number of times against the hard base and the screws. So they could have protected it with rubber. If not for this, would give 5 stars since price was also good- the open hinges - haven't hurt by that just that it creates some fear that fingers might get pinched (nothing else, just be cautious)Otherwise good ladder. Check the operating instructions (the latch to open is just below/behind the hinge, instead of trying to operate the rectangular lock button which shows if it's locked or open. Also open position takes the lock button till the middle of the L/O indicators instead of fully towards O.)

This ladder is the best!! Only 20 pounds, folds for storage and perfect to take along camping to do side work on my RV all the way to the 12' roof.

Lightweight, easy to carry and store, folding latches require both hands or two people to adjust

Lightweight and easy to use. Make sure you wear glove when handling the latches though because the pinch really hurts if you don't move your hand away fast enough. The rungs need to be wider for foot support but overall it does the trick for small jobs

This ladder is one that I can handle & once I figured out how to lock and unlock, works well for me to clean out my gutters.

Good ladder. Very useful and folds nicely.
