The crystals are top quality and are imported from the Czech Republic, the premier makers of crystals. These are VERY large stones, measuring 1/4" each! The collar itself is made of baby pink faux leather. The buckle has diamond clear crystals embedded in it. The entire collar is made in the USA. ** I have developed a process of keeping the crystals in their prongs! Sizing is as follows: **I make each collar according to neck circumference. The collar will fit nicely, 1/2" after the measurement you give me. **Please do not put any fingers between the tape measure and your baby's neck when you measure because that will cause the collar I send you to be TOO LARGE.
