I got this and some other products for nerve pain and restless legs

I have taken vitamin b6 for about 10 years now to help with hormones, mostly the week before my period, and it has always worked to help a good bit. However after doing lots of research I discovered that this form of b6 is much easier for your body to absorb. B6 has to be converted before it can be absorbed but not everyone's body can convert it well, whereas this form of B6 is already converted to the form your body needs to enable it to be absorbed... hoping I have explained that well.Anyways, this is my third tub and I have found it to be more effective, easy to swallow as you can see from my picture it's way smaller than a 5p, a really decent dose for the price, the horrormoans are definitely less.I will continue to buy this, and so my husband will continue to survive that one week each month :)

I purchased it to help with dream recall but it made no difference. Might be a great product for other purposes though.
