Update. I’ve taken it camping three times and used it to quarter a hog. The edge needed some maintenance but nothing that’s cause for concern for how I used it. When I’m not camping it stays in my kitchen and double as a food chopper. My only complaint is the sheath still, it holds the knife nicely with a friction fit and it’s overall a great sheath it’s just too floppy for me and gets caught on branches and brush on hunts.The packaging for this knife is really good compared to most. It comes in a nice foam lined box. The knife is drenched in oil to prevent rusting, and the sheath is in a ziplock bag so it doesn’t get oily. It’s a solid blade, that came with a really nice edge, for the cleaver style of blade. The fit and finish is great, and the laser etched markings are crisp and clean. The sheath, is great. There’s some handmade touches I personally like. The belt loop is riveted on and the sheath will flap around when walking. I plan on getting a kydex sheath made to cut down on the noise from it when hunting. I’ll update the review after a few uses.

Came in super quick! Great edge and has a nice weight only thing keeping it from 5 stars is it showed up absolutely covered in oil.

Well made, durable cleaver. Not only works in camp and kitchen, but new tactical design is great for self defense. Gave this one as a gift.

Everything about this cleaver is awesome, I just wish there was a demascus version of said cleaver.
