The Model Bakery English Muffins and preserve set - Strawberry Jam

I received these 12 English muffins ~ I paid 22$ shipping. 40$ for the muffins. It took 5 days for them to arrive at my doorThe company sent these on a Thursday ~so they spent the weekend in transit. 5 days it took for them to arrive once they were shipped. As far as the English muffins are concerned. They were very greasy. So greasy that when I toasted the first one it was dripping oil inside toaster oven. They tasted soggy with oil and not at all fresh. I threw all of them in the garbage. I was so disgusted with myself for wasting 62$ on these.Maybe if you were to buy these the day they were made and eat them that very day they would be good but these were way past their prime and were not edible. Almost tasted as if oil they were fried in was turning rancid. I could not afford this mishap. I live in a food desert and was just hungry for something good and a bit of a treat. This was a mistake and I am still upset with myself for ordering these

I was so excited to receive these, however I was very disappointed in the quality. These are not real English muffins and are greasy and the preserves are average at best. I would not recommend.

Very delicious but one bag did not keep and had mold spores within the week of arrival. Very disappointed as this was a holiday gift. For the amount paid $40+ it is definitely not worth the value for spoilage (no thanks Oprah). Do not buy especially if it is a gift. How embarrassing to give spoiled treats! I would like a refund or a pack to replace with expiration dates or instructions on how to keep fresh, had I known they would spoil so quickly perhaps I would have frozen them but that defeats the purpose of sending fresh goodies to loved ones for Christmas?!!!

THESE MUFFINS ARE A TREAT THAT WE HAVE PURCHASED WHILE ON VACATION. I SAW THIS WAS ON OPRAHS FAVORITE LIST AND WAS THRILLED. I ORDERED 1 DOZEN. AND 2 WEEKS LATER ORDERED 2 DOZEN!! FROZE SOME TO SEE HOW THEY WOULD DO. I WAS SO EXCITED TO SERVE THESE ON CHRISTMAS MORNING AS A SPECIAL SURPRISE TREAT!! MY "FOODIE" ADULT CHILDREN WERE SO STUNNED TO SEE I HAD THESE ON OUR MORNING TABLE. WONDERFUL SEEING EVERYONE EAT THEM UP!! REALLY MADE OUR CHRISTMAS MORNING SO FESTIVE AND FUN!!

The taste and texture and appearance make these the best English muffins I have ever had! Forget the dried-out ones at the store!

Had these in Napa, half a muffin each is perfect for my wife and I. Gave them as a gift to my daughter.

My first shipment came with a broken bottle of preserves & shorted me 6 muffins. However, Sarah made it right immediately, sending me a new shipment & an additional 6 muffins. I was so appreciative & the muffins are deliciously crispy, yet light- and those preserves are so good I could eat them by the spoonful from the jar!! One of my favorites now, too! :)
