Road to Infamy Games Canvas Deluxe Edition Game

Game is very easy to learn (rulebook is only 4 pages), explanations for each score card is on the back of each score card. Played 3 games the first night and I put it away to the protests of several family members. Game says 14+, because despite the game being very easy to learn and very easy to play, it requires a fair amount of thought to arrange things for the best scoring. My Daughter (9) and Niece (7 and with help) played a couple games and declared it their new favorite! My daughter scored well and came in second on her first play through. On her second she did rather poorly but that didn't phase her as she was getting to make pretty art. The quality of the materials is very good. The artwork is astounding! You can even hang it on the wall. Excellent game, highly recommend.

surprising depth in strategy, yet easy to learn / easy to teach. The art work is great, the components are well made and we've had a lot of fun with it everytime we played, especially when we give a "back story" to our masterpieces. worth the investment.

This game is incredible. Very easy to learn and teach, and the components are wonderful. There’s a lot of strategy in the gameplay, but you’re never overwhelmed by choice. And I really can’t get enough of the way the physical components are designed. The box art is BEAUTIFUL and there’s a hole in the back of the box to let you hang it on the wall like a painting (which I did), which turns the game into a functional piece of art. Truly brilliant

I was looking for a gift for.ky daughter and she mentioned the game Canvas. I immediatly ordered it for her and surprised her on Christmas. We played it as a family and loved it. This is a fun game that allows people to be creative. I think we will get much enjoyment out.of it.

Our family has an extensive board game collection and have played a wide variety. This game is now a gem in our collection. It's simple to learn, quick to play, and beautifully crafted. And the best part was that it's one of those few games in which you've feel like you've genuinely created something yourself - not just accumulated points or achieved objectives. It has the potential to bring out the artist in anyone, even if they never thought themselves artistic, and we even found ourselves taking pictures of our compositions afterwards. This game brilliantly captures the joy of art within the logic of a game and we couldn't be happier. Well done!

This is so much fun. A perfect family game. The transparent card crafting set collection gameplay is brilliant. The game is gorgeous. We love it.
